Climate Interactive’s Executive Director Andrew Jones was recently invited to present at the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting of the New Champions, also known as Summer Davos, in Dalian, China. This highly anticipated annual event brings together innovators and leaders from across the globe. During his time there, he facilitated En-ROADS events, engaged with experts on new modeling insights, and developed new relationships with business leaders and policy-makers.

Andrew was asked to share En-ROADS at three different events, where he highlighted critical topics such as land-use emissions, the challenges of economic growth, and the clean energy transition. In addition to these interactive sessions, he was interviewed by several media outlets and connected with attendees across countless sectors to further amplify the discussions around climate action. Read his top takeaways from the event.

Andrew attended the conference thanks to the initiative of the MIT Climate Pathways Project, which Climate Interactive is a part of with MIT Sloan and others to advance evidence-based climate policies among top decision-makers.
