Highlights from our most impactful En‑ROADS Climate Ambassador Camp yet

En-ROADS Climate Ambassador Camp 2024 has come to a successful close. Over the course of eight weeks, participants across the globe came together to harness the power of the En-ROADS Simulator and drive meaningful change in their communities and beyond.

This year, we welcomed an incredibly diverse cohort from more than 130 countries. From business leaders to educators, government officials to CEOs, they brought a wealth of perspectives and a shared commitment to climate action.

The heart of our program’s success lies in its interactive and comprehensive approach. Our weekly live sessions were packed with energy, featuring dynamic discussions and rapid-fire exchanges in the chat. The power of the En-ROADS Simulator, developed by Climate Interactive and MIT Sloan, shone throughout the camp. The cutting-edge tool enabled our Ambassadors-in-training to analyze complex climate scenarios, identify high-impact solutions, and develop data-driven strategies for effective climate action in their respective fields.

Key highlights included the crowd-favorite Dynamics Quiz Show, which turned complex climate concepts into engaging challenges, and our 2-hour Climate Action Simulation, where participants got into character and put their new skills to the test. Our networking sessions fostered connections across borders and disciplines, and our workshop on engaging with policymakers provided tips on how to advocate for climate solutions with representatives. Throughout these enriching experiences, trainees also developed the crucial soft skills needed to become influential leaders.

After studying an impressive cumulative 18,000+ hours, our newest facilitators have already engaged nearly 3,500 people through more than 130 workshops around the world within just a few weeks.

The global impact of En-ROADS Climate Ambassador Camp continues to grow.
