Andrey Dyachenko is an educational game designer, facilitator and a cofounder of LEAF – a game design company, specializing in educational games on sustainability. He has a background in life sciences and he currently works full time designing and running workshops and learning experiences.

Andrey has facilitated more than 20 En-ROADS Climate Action Simulations games for corporate clients (food companies, consultancies, retailers), but also for students and university professionals. He worked with both small (12) and large (100+) groups, with levels of climate literacy ranging from absolute beginner to advanced.

Together with his cofounder Anna Sycheva Andrey has developed customized versions of the En-ROADS Climate Action Simulation to visualize the impact of their clients’ climate strategies. Those educational games helped to engage management teams in achieving corporate climate goals and fostered collaboration across departments.
