Irina Gess is an experienced facilitator and climate educator. She has delivered over 30 En-ROADS Climate Action Simulations to companies in various sectors: FMCG, food, retail, energy, oil & gas, metals & mining, consulting, and banks.

Irina holds a degree in Project Management from the Ural Federal University and a vocational education certificate in Sustainability from the Moscow School of Social and Economic Studies.
